Strolling through New York last week, X-Men actress Famke Janssen flashed her toned legs in a summer dress.
The 51-year-old has admitted ‘long walks in the open air’ are the best therapy of all. She also goes to Pilates classes and likes to dance.
‘It’s the one thing I don’t need a gym for. I lock myself in my hotel room and just dance,’ she says.

Calf raises are great for leg tone and bent leg calf raises are a variation that targets other muscles.
Stand with the balls of your feet on the edge of a step and your hands on a wall for balance. Lift your left foot a couple of inches and bend your right knee.
Rise up as high as you can on your foot, then lower your heel to step height. Repeat 12 times, then change legs.
