Arizona man, 50, and teenager found with more than 200 fentanyl pills 'tucked under their genitals'

Arizona authorities detained two men on charges related the selling and transporting of narcotics after more than 200 fentanyl pills were found under the genitals of one of the men and a teen. 

Deputies with the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office stopped 50-year-old Randall Arrington's black Chevrolet 1500 truck at around 4pm on Sunday after the vehicle made several moving violations.

A YCSO K9 was called to the scene at Iron Springs Road near Williamson in Prescott, Arizona, and sniffed out the vehicle.

Deputies with the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office arrested 40-year-old Randall Arrington and 43-year-old William John Stevens on Sunday in Prescott, Arizona

'The K9 positively alerted to the odor of illicit drugs and during a subsequent search of the vehicle, detectives found a container with marijuana residue along with drug paraphernalia,' the sheriff's office said in a release posted to Facebook.

Driver Arrington was also found to be driving with a suspended license. 

Authorities detained Arrington and 43-year-old William John Stevens as a result. They also detained Stevens' 17-year-old son. 

While at the booking facility, officers learned that Arrington had a baggie containing 73 blue 'M30' pills tucked under his genitals. 

Stevens did not have any illegal contraband but his son had the bulk of the items. 

'During an interview with Steven’s juvenile son, he admitted to hiding a baggie of blue pills near his genitals,' the release stated.

'He removed the baggie which contained 3 separate baggies with a total of 156 blue ‘M30’ pills. The juvenile indicated that Arrington had given him the pills while they were in Mexico earlier.'

Police were able to determine that all three had knowledge and played a role in transportation of fentanyl pills. 

Pill sampling would also determine that the pills were positive for fentanyl.

Arrington was charged with transportation of a narcotic drug for sale and promoting prison contraband. He is being held without bond at the Camp Verde Detention Center. 

Stevens was charged with transportation of a narcotic drug for sale and intentional child abuse. His bond is currently at $100,000. 

The teenager is pending charges for possession and transportation of a narcotic drug.

The investigation is still ongoing.
